Join the Ocean Institute for a tidepool hike led by one of their expert naturalists! The hike will take you into the rocky Marine Conservation Area located directly behind the Ocean Institute. Families can explore the area and search for snails, crabs, sea stars, and other animals that make the tidepools their home.
Cannons were an important form of communication and protection aboard the Brig Pilgrim and all tall ships. Come to this WILD Weekend to learn how cannons were utilized in the sailing days of Richard Henry Dana Jr. and build and shoot you own cannon made out of upcycled materials.
