Antique Tractor Show & Festival
Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum, Vista

Bluey’s Big Play
The Pantages Theatre, Hollywood
Watch Bluey and Bingo team up to get Dad off the bean bag in a live theatre adaptation of the Emmy award-winning series. Meet the Heelers as puppets, follow an original story, and hear new music. Runs October 23–25.
Los Angeles Fall Fair
Whittier Narrows Recreational Area, South El Monte
Hop on carnival rides, play games of skill and chance, and browse local artisans at the largest fall festival in LA County. Live music takes the stage on weekends, and a food court rounds out the 12-acre fair. Runs October 23 – November 1.
25th Annual Halloween Spooktacular
My Gym, Long Beach
My Gym LB transforms into a Halloween wonderland with a child-friendly glow-in-the-dark maze, themed rooms, Halloween songs and games, crafts, cookie decorating, and trick-or-treating through mini neighborhood stoops. Perfect for ages 7 months to 13 years; tickets are $39 per child and spaces are limited. Runs October 23–25.
Formula Drift Shoreline Showdown
Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, Long Beach
Catch the season finale of pro drifting with the PRO championship title on the line. Watch qualifying and Top 32 seeding on Friday, then cheer on tandem battles through the Final Four on Saturday. Runs October 23–24.
Halloween Aglow
Birch Aquarium, La Jolla
Trick-or-treat around the aquarium after dark, touch slimy sea creatures at the Boo and Goo Lab, and watch divers carve pumpkins underwater. Come in costume for pop-up science stations, hands-on ocean activities, and classic arcade games. Runs October 23–24 from 6–8:30 pm.
Yellow Bird Chase
Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Costa Mesa
Watch a bumbling maintenance crew chase a magical yellow bird across land, sea, and sky in this wordless family show told through puppetry, masks, and physical comedy. Fully accessible to Deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences and non-English speakers. Runs October 24–25.
Japan Family Day
Santa Anita Park, Arcadia
Celebrate Japanese culture with family activities, cultural demonstrations, food, and horse racing, including the Tokyo City Cup Stakes race on Saturday. Kids 17 and under are free. Runs October 24–25.
Boo at the Zoo
The Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College, Moorpark
Dress up for trick-or-treat stations, activity booths, festive games, and pumpkin bingo. Pose for family photos and meet wildlife during meet and greets and presentations. Runs October 24–25, October 31, and November 1.

Scarium Family Night

Trick-or-treat throughout the Aquarium from 6:30–9 pm, follow a spooky scavenger hunt, dance to monster mash-ups with a DJ, and catch vampire magician shows. Kids can also enjoy activity booths and Halloween photo stations.
Trick or Treat in the Garden
LA County Arboretum & Botanic Garden, Arcadia
Follow a trick-or-treat trail through the garden from 4–8 pm with nature-based treats and hands-on Discovery Tables. Meet hissing cockroaches, spiders, snakes, and earthworms, and examine bones and skulls.
Haunted Jail
Sheriff Station, Lakewood
Explore the Haunted Jail from 5–9 pm, or take little ones 6 and under through a spooky maze. Enjoy trunk-or-treating, games, food, and first responder vehicle displays.
Spooky Campover
Lions Tigers and Bears, Alpine
Camp overnight alongside rescued wildlife with pumpkin carving, campfire songs, s’mores, a costume contest, and an all-ages haunted house. The next morning, watch the animals enjoy treats tucked inside pumpkins carved by campers.
Spooky Splash!
