Celebrate Mexican culture and Chicano/a communities in Los Angeles with a day of live music, dance, bilingual storytelling, and hands-on art. Performances include Mariachi Reyna de Los Ángeles, El Santo Golpe, Academia de Danza BFFM and Ballet Folklórico Flor de Mayo, plus strolling bolero musicians Los Licenciados and bilingual storyteller Josué Cuentacuentos.
Families can also create art throughout the day with Mexican sign painting, Lotería-inspired hats and cards, and a printmaking workshop exploring family memories, identity, and place.
Admission: FREE! Family Festival activities do not require tickets, but timed-entry reservations are required for the Getty Center. Parking fees apply.
