Celebrate Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, with music, movement, and hands-on art. Dance along to upbeat Indian music during a special celebration with Neeta Merchant, then decorate a diya, a traditional oil lamp, to take home.
Diwali celebrations take place at 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., with diya decorating from noon-2 p.m.
Admission: Included with museum admission. Space is limited; advance tickets are recommended.
