Bring your pup for a Halloween-themed day of dog-friendly activities, adoptable pets, and food trucks.
Meet adoptable pets, pick up a free dog portrait, and browse info tables and vendors. Grab bites from food trucks and beer from The Mt. Lowe Brewing Company, then take your dog for a stroll through the garden.
Test your dog’s skills on the agility course. No tricks required, just treats and a little howl-o-ween spirit.
Dress your pup in their Halloween best for the dog costume contest at 2:30pm. Humans are encouraged to coordinate costumes with their canine companions.
The event is a fundraiser benefiting Pasadena Humane and the Arboretum Foundation.

Tickets are $18 for adults, $14 for seniors and students, and $8 for children (ages 3–12). Kids (ages 2 and under) are free. Event tickets include all-day admission to the garden. A $10 dog fee applies to all canine attendees, and non-members must also purchase admission for all human guests in addition to the dog fee. All dog fees benefit Pasadena Humane and the LA Arboretum Foundation.
Dogs with tickets are welcome from opening to closing, with event festivities from 11am – 4pm. Dogs must remain leashed at all times and are restricted to paved paths and grass fields. Owners must pick up after their dogs, so don’t forget your poop bags.
