Kidspace Children’s Museum

Kidspace is a nonprofit museum designed to captivate children emotionally, intellectually, and physically; a space where they can enjoy over 40 hands-on exhibits designed for ages 1-10.

The museum is built to bring playful learning experiences that engage children with gross motor play, imaginative storytelling, creative projects, and investigative discoveries across a range of developmental levels and interests.

Outdoor spaces invite children to climb into a giant hawk’s nest, splash in naturalistic water features, bring out their inner musician, get physical with rockets and giant levers, and ride trikes on a twisty mini-highway track.

Inside indoor galleries, children can peek into an active beehive, create and invent in Imagination Workshop, explore a giant ant tunnel, and climb towers.

Also offers a variety of programs for teachers, families, and community groups.

FREE first Fridays!

Kidspace Campout June 30 – September 5, 2022
It’s a 9-week celebration of the best of summer, nature, and exploration! Learn about animal tracks, splash in a mountain stream, challenge new friends in a tug-of-war. Navigate your trike over the Golden Gate bridge, explore the woods in a multisensory nature walk, and grab your life vest and go “fishing” in a sandy lake. Exhibit is included with same-day Kidspace admission.  Kidsguide Tip: Bring a change of clothes! Kids WILL get wet!
