Aquarium of the Pacific
Home to more than 12,000 animals, the Aquarium of the Pacific explores the waters of the Pacific Ocean. Reach in and touch more than 100 sharks in the Shark Lagoon, walk through the Lorikeet Forest to feed dozens of Australian lorikeets, observe veterinary procedures at the Molina Animal Care Center, and interact with other exhibits include the Sea Otter Habitat, June Keyes Penguin, Tropical Pacific Gallery, and the Sea Jellies hall.
Newest Display: Babies! Exhibit features baby animals as well as a jelly lab, where you can see how baby sea jellies grow in its early stages of life cycle. Learn about various ocean habitats that function as nurseries for baby animals, including mangroves, coral reefs, and seagrass beds, and see the babies that grow up there. Opens May 27, 2022
The Aquarium also offers special Animal Encounters with sharks and rays, seals and sea lions, or penguins for an additional fee.
Family-friendly events are scheduled throughout the year including festivals, sleepovers, classes, and more.
