Step into the past at Heritage House’s Victorian Dark Carnival, a delightfully eerie gathering of curiosities and amusements inspired by the Victorian era. Enjoy “Tea with the Undertaker” and learn about the life of Stephen Squire, one of Riverside’s early funeral directors, and his wife Marion, a skilled “layer-outer” of the dead. Encounter peculiar exhibits, consult a tarot reader, marvel at oddities in jars, and experience Victorian mourning customs inside the historic home.
Event is free.
