Step inside the reopening of a marine mammal rehabilitation center after 3 years of a major facility expansion and rebuild.
Learn about marine mammals and ocean health, then chat with volunteer docents. Try the interactive displays and check out the new rehabilitation pools.
Find out how the center reclaims water, and stop by the gift shop before heading out.
The center cares for the most common pinnipeds to southern California, including California Sea Lions, Northern Elephant Seals, Northern Fur Seals, and Pacific Harbor Seals.

General admission is free to the public, and reservations can be made online to secure a spot. Donations are highly encouraged to keep the visitor experience free forever.
