Be among the first to experience LACMA’s new David Geffen Galleries during this free NexGenLA family celebration filled with art, performances, and hands-on activities.
Explore the museum’s permanent collection in a brand-new space designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architect Peter Zumthor, reflecting the creativity and diversity of Los Angeles. Families can create, play, and discover through art workshops, face painting, and interactive experiences across the campus.
Enjoy a full lineup of performances including TAIKOPROJECT, CONTRA-TIEMPO Activist Dance Theater, Bob Baker Marionette Theater, and a live DJ set by KCRW’s Novena Carmel.

Free advance timed-entry NexGenLA tickets are required for entry. A limited number of walk-in tickets will be available in person.
