Memorial Day Weekend, May 22 – Monday, May 25, 2026
Honor and remember during Legacy Week, a multi-day Memorial Day tribute at the USS Midway Museum.
This annual event brings together meaningful ceremonies, interactive exhibits, and live experiences that highlight the service and sacrifice of military members.
What to expect:
- Remembrance Wall honoring fallen heroes
- Meet-the-Aviators experience with real veteran pilots
- Live patriotic performances on the flight deck
- Memorial Day wreath-laying ceremony
- National Moment of Remembrance
Visitors can take part in hands-on tributes, hear personal stories from veterans, and experience the atmosphere of this historic aircraft carrier throughout the weekend.
Special event:
- Top Gun 40th Celebration (May 22–23, separate ticket required)
Admission: Included with general museum admission (select events included).
Wreath-laying ceremony: Free and open to the public.
