Before You Go: The pier will be fully closed on July 4 and beach access near the pier will be restricted during the fireworks. Expect heavy traffic in the Pier Bowl area, along with multiple street closures throughout the day. Consider using the San Clemente Trolley, which will run extended and modified routes.
