Trick-or-treat your way to the library for a Halloween evening featuring a costume contest, painted pumpkin contest, trick-or-treating, mini pumpkin decorating, crafts, and a safety talk from Downey Police Department.
Families can also meet author and illustrator Heidi Moreno, plus enjoy treats, prizes, and surprises from community partners.
