Shared Science in Long Beach is offering Tech Girls Workshop, a week of STEM-based activities designed for middle and high school teens who want an introduction to engineering, tinkering, computing, and more in a fun and safe learning environment. Students also hear from professional women in STEM-related fields to highlight career paths and advanced study options.

The program is offered at a low cost based on special grant funding targeting teen girls to pursue their interests in STEM education. Registration is $25, but if your child attends all workshop days, you will be offered your registration fee back.

Tech Girls Workshop runs July 31 – August 4 from 9:30am – 1pm.
