Family Field Day: Come Play Multiform | The Broad, Los Angeles

Saturday, June 20 - Sunday, June 21

June 20–21 & 27–28, 2026

Catch four days of outdoor fun on The Broad’s plaza timed to the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Los Angeles.

Watch luchadores from Lucha VaVOOM bring hula hoops, stunts, and fanfare, and cheer on players in Multiform — a participatory sport created by artist Gabriel Fontana where uniforms transform and alliances blur on a custom-designed playing field. Sign up onsite starting 30 minutes before each match on a first-come, first-served basis.

KCRW DJs spin from the moment doors open, and inclusive fitness personalities HyperBody and Pony Sweat lead guided warm-up ceremonies. Live comedic commentary runs throughout the day from Jackie Beat, Claire Woolner, Camirin Farmer, and Nadya Ginsburg.

Grab specialty cocktails and family-friendly refreshments from Chicas on the Rocks, and browse a pop-up shop of sporty vintage and original apparel. Game participants receive Multiform baseball caps, while spectators can score collectible pennant flags, buttons, and drink coasters.

Talent varies by day. This event is free to attend for everyone.
