Celebrate community, culture, and connection at Day at the Rocks, a free family event at Vasquez Rocks Natural Area.
Learn about the history of the ancestral Village of Mapipinga while enjoying storytelling and songs from the Fernandeño Tataviam Band of Mission Indians. Explore crafts and activities, educational booths, and guided hikes through the natural area.
Families can also enjoy food trucks, vendor booths, and opportunities to meet animals while experiencing a day of cultural celebration and outdoor exploration.
