THURSDAY, MARCH 18: Shared Science will be onsite at Rancho Los Cerritos for a Long Beach History and STEM education lesson. Students will learn how to keep perishable foodsโlike milk and fruitโ from spoiling without refrigeration and also make their own butter. Students will explore different preservation techniques and discuss their ideas about food storage without electricity.
