Family Art Days in Crystal Cove
SEPTEMBER 3 & 10: Participate in Family Art Days and enjoy hands-on educational activities while learning about ongoing conservation work at the park, the critical habitats at Crystal Cove, and how it all connects with landscape scale efforts to protect and preserve the natural world.
Tree Lighting & Holiday Bazaar in Crystal Cove
DECEMBER 2, 2023: The Crystal Cove Historic District will be decked out from the trails to the sea with holiday decor and lights, plus the iconic beach tree. Meet Santa during a beachside photo op, munch on cookies and cocoa, make a holiday craft, and hear holiday tunes.

NOVEMBER 12: Join a guided beach and tidepool walk. The tides are lowest during the day and the receding tide leaves a potluck of animals and seaweed to explore.

SEPTEMBER 30: Get up close to birds of prey and learn about everything owls. Park naturalists will be on hands with lots of animal evidence, taxidermy, fun activities, and a short family-friendly walk to learn about nocturnal animals.
