Annual Kids Fishing Rodeo at Belmont Pier in Long Beach
August 2: Come and get a loaner rod from the volunteers at the California Dept. Fish and Wildlife at the end of the pier. No experience needed, raffle and free prizes for kids under 15.

AUGUST 3: Bring your own rod and reel or get a free loaner. Free bait and instruction. Alfredo's Beach Club and Buoys Snack Bar will be open too. Raffles and trophies at noon.
