FRIDAY, JUNE 3: Inspired by The Huntington’s “Borderlands” exhibition, this family-friendly event shows how the art and culture of this multicultural history created today’s beautifully diverse community. Engage in nature activities, watch traditional dances, meet animals, and more.
Summer Evening Strolls at The Huntington Library
JUNE 11-SEPTEMBER 2: Enjoy a stroll in the gardens at twilight. Meet your friends, enjoy dinner or a light snack and a cocktail at 1919 Cafe, stroll the breathtaking gardens at sunset, and take home a memento of your visit from the Huntington Store.
Second Sundays: Spooky Season at Huntington Library in San Marino
OCTOBER 13: Get in the Halloween spirit this season with hands-on art making and an up-close encounter with some creepy-crawlies. Join arachnid educator Tyler Young for a Spider Meet and Greet, create a unique Halloween mask, and decorate a papier-mâché pumpkin!
Chinese New Year Festival at The Huntington Library
February 1-2, 2025: Welcome the Year of the Snake with lion dancers, a mask-changing artist, martial arts demonstrations, contemporary dance, floral arts, music, and more.
Free Day at The Huntington Library
EVERY FIRST THURSDAY: The first Thursday of every month is Free Day. Admission is free of charge with advance reservation.
Shōya House Rice Harvest at the Huntington Library in San Marino
