Glow-in-the-Dark Donut Run, Rucking, and More at Los Alamitos Race on the Base
February 22-23: Two-day event includes Glow-in-the-Dark Donut Run for all ages (costumes encouraged!), Jr. Reverse Triathlon, and free concert on Friday night; Honoring Our Fallen 5K Run/Walk, a new 5K Rucking Division, 10K Run, 10K Handcycle/Wheelchair, and Reverse Triathlon, on Saturday.
Drive Through Halloween Town – City of Cypress
OCTOBER 30: Join the City of Cypress for a drive through their very own Halloween Town! Have a frightfully good time looking at Halloween décor and take home Halloween-in-a-Bag filled with crafts, candy, and more while supplies last. Costumes encouraged!
Film & Food Fest Series – City of Los Alamitos
OCTOBER 16 - DECEMBER 18: Twice a month, enjoy a variety of drive-up movies and food truck meet ups. The Sandlot (10/16), Hocus Pocus (10/30), Aladdin (11/6), Free Birds (11/20), The Grinch (12/4), and Elf (12/18).

Race Los Al + Street Fair in Los Alamitos
SEPTEMBER 23-24: Run the Race Los Al 5K/10K, glow and roll at Glow Run & Glide, and visit the Street Fair for touch-a-truck, bounce houses, vendors, food trucks, live performances, and more.
City of Los Alamitos Winter Wonderland
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 3: Free snow play, musical entertainment, snow sledding, Santa's Village, tree lighting, inflatables, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, sensory-calming area, and vendors. This event had over 7,000 event goers last year.
February Day Camp at Los Alamitos Community Center
FEBRUARY 19-23: Day camp for ages 5-12. Campers may sign up by the day or week.
Spring Camp at Los Alamitos Community Center
APRIL 1-5: Campers (ages 5-12) may sign up by the day or week. 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., with extended care, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

THURSDAYS, MAY 2 - JUNE 6: The community can enjoy a variety of scheduled events such as live music, social entertainment, inflatables, movies played on a large screen, local and popular eateries and so much more!
Trunk-or-Treat in Los Alamitos
OCTOBER 26: This spooktacular event features trunk-or-treating, free pumpkin (one per household until supplies last), costume contest, free moon bounces, free spooky train ride, free carnival games, free calming sensory activity area, food and artisan vendors, pie eating contest (for grown-ups), and a beverage garden.

DECEMBER 7: Kick off the holidays with with free snow play and ice skating! Enjoy for musical performances, snow sledding, tree lighting, and Santa's Village.

April 19: Families can participate in egg hunts, photo area with Peter Rabbit, game booths, vendor booths, carnival games, crafts, food, and more.
Arbor Day in Los Alamitos
April 26: Eco-crafts, free mulch and compost, kids' activities, and a tree planting celebration in honor of Arbor Day.
3rd of July Fireworks Spectacular in Los Alamitos

Nites on Pine in Los Alamitos
August - October: Enjoy live music, food, and family fun at Nites on Pine, a monthly evening street fair.
Celebrate Los Al in Los Alamitos
September 13: Enjoy the street fair and carnival, listen to live music, eat, drink and celebrate Los Al restaurants and make memories with the community. The night ends with a Glow Run where more than 1,500 participants will unite in their most eccentric neon outfits and experience the magic of glow tunnels.
