Sewing Lab Los Alamitos — Summer Sewing Camps (2026)
A creative summer camp where kids and teens stitch, design, and create!
Sewing Lab’s Summer Sewing Camps offer a fun and creative space for kids and teens to learn the art of sewing! Designed for absolute beginners and experienced sewists alike, each camper gets hands-on experience with a sewing machine while making stylish and practical projects.
Beginners start with the basics, learning how to safely operate a sewing machine and complete projects like bookmarks, pillowcases, pajamas, and drawstring backpacks. Returning and more advanced students take on exciting summer-themed projects, such as dresses and beach bags.
With small class sizes and plenty of workspace, every camper gets the attention they need to stitch up something amazing!
Program Details:
Ages: 8-18 (must have completed 1st grade)
Dates: June 15 – August 18, 2026
Hours: Monday – Friday
Four Time Sessions Available:
9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $299 per week (includes all materials and a variety of cute and fashionable fabrics)
