Ocean Institute Career and Leadership Club
This program is geared toward high school students and aims to give them exposure to various career pathways and leadership opportunities. Working across departments, these high school students will enhance their “resumes” and make important contributions to OI. Four cohorts of six students will develop their knowledge and skills in leadership, communication, education, teamwork, research, and more as they support education and husbandry one afternoon a week (M-Th) for three months. Each Friday the entire club is invited to campus to conduct citizen science and support other projects on campus. ($400/month or $100 for 3 months)
