Girl Scouts of Orange County Summer Camps (2026)

Build Confidence. Explore New Interests. Make Lifelong Friends.

At Girl Scouts of Orange County, girls discover who they are, what they care about, and how to make their mark on the world. Through hands-on experiences in STEM, the outdoors, life skills, entrepreneurship, and community action, girls gain the confidence, courage, and character to become the best version of themselves.

Whether she’s climbing the Tower of Power at Camp Scherman, building a robot, creating a community service project, or running her own cookie business, Girl Scouts offers opportunities for girls to try new things, take on challenges, and grow every step of the way.

Programs for Girls in Grades K-12

Girl Scouts offers flexible ways for girls to get involved throughout the year. Many girls join a local troop, where they explore badges, take part in service projects, enjoy outdoor adventures, and build lasting friendships.

Girls can also participate in special events, leadership experiences, STEM programs, and community initiatives designed to help them discover their strengths and explore their interests.

Outdoor Adventures & Camp Experiences
The outdoors are a tresured part of the Girl Scout experience. From Summer Sleepaway Camp at Camp Scherman in the San Jacinto Mountains to local day camps, weekend camps, and family camp opportunities, girls build independence, try new outdoor activities, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Entrepreneurship & Real-World Skills
Through the Girl Scout Cookie Program and other Girl Scout Entrepreneurship and financial literacy programs, girls practice goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics—skills that help them succeed today and in the future.

A Safe and Supportive Community
Girl Scouts programs are delivered by trained staff and dedicated volunteers who create a welcoming environment where girls feel safe to be themselves, build friendships, and explore new possibilities.

Open to All Girls — Financial Aid Available
Girl Scouts is open to all girls across Orange County, including those who are brand new to the program. Families can join at any time of year and start discovering everything Girl Scouts has to offer. Financial assistance is available to help ensure every girl has the opportunity to participate.

Volunteer and Make an Impact
Adults can also make a difference by volunteering with a troop, supporting events, mentoring girls, or sharing a special skill or interest. No previous Girl Scout experience is required, just a passion for helping girls grow.
