Camp Experiences for All Girls Entering K–12th Grade
Bring a buddy: Campers can bring a friend from their troop or even a non-Girl Scout friend! Buddies are placed together according to program session, age, and Girl Scout level.
Attend as an individual: Girls do not need to attend camp with their troop or a buddy. Many campers visit camp on their own and make new friends.
Not a Girl Scout? Not a problem! Girls can sign up today and experience what Girl Scouts is all about.

Summer Sleepaway Camp at Camp Scherman
Located in the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains, Camp Scherman has been a special place for Orange County Girl Scouts for over 50 years. Under the towering Jeffrey Pines (which smell like butterscotch!), campers take on new challenges, learn to collaborate, become self-reliant, and develop lifelong leadership skills. Whether hiking the Cedar Springs Trail, kayaking across Promise Lake, or enjoying camp traditions, campers create memories to last a lifetime.
Weekend & Family Camps at Camp Scherman
Weekend camps provide an opportunity for families (household members only) or troops to get away for a weekend of adventure. Campers can enjoy classic camp activities like archery, canoeing, hiking, swimming, and more, all led by trained camp staff.
Local Day Camps
From time-honored Volunteer-Led Day Camps across Orange County to the Staff-Led GSOC Summer of Fun and Boating Day Camps, campers participate in engaging activities, games, camp songs, and more.
