The Plum Festival originated in 1995 at Old World Huntington Beach, as a heartfelt tribute to Dolores R. Bischof, the “First Lady of Old World Village” and Grandmother Elly who was renowned for her “Pflaumenkuchen” (Plum Cake). This sweet family tradition now features live music, performances, and a special plum menu with items like plum cake, plum crepes, plum-infused drinks, berliners (small donuts), and more.
