Healthy Kids Dayยฎ offers a full afternoon of free, family-focused fun across themed zones at the LA Memorial Coliseum.
Kids can meet their favorite LA sports teams, enjoy live music and dance, scale a 30-foot rock wall, and dive into zones tailored for preschoolers, kids, and teens.
Activities include LEGO challenges, giant board games, STEM projects, mindfulness stations, a gaga pit, and even mini and full-size rock climbing.
Families can also connect with health providers for free screenings, explore YMCA aquatics and sleepaway camps, and access resources from community organizations across LA County.
