Tแบฟt, short for Tแบฟt Nguyรชn ฤรกn, is the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, the most important holiday in Vietnamese culture. Tแบฟt celebrates the arrival of a new spring where families reunite, enjoy each otherโs company, forget about the troubles of the previous year and look forward to a better upcoming year.
The UVSA Tแบฟt Festival (Hแปi Tแบฟt Sinh Viรชn) of Southern California is largest Vietnamese New Year Festival in the nation. It is run entirely by volunteers consisting of high school and college students, young professionals, and parents.
Friday, 4-10 p.m. Saturday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
