Tanabata Festival at the Japanese Garden at CSU Long Beach

Celebrate the legend of Orihime and Hikoboshi at the Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden’s Annual Tanabata Festival on Saturday, July 6. Inspired by the Japanese Star Festival, this cultural event invites guests to write wishes on colorful paper and hang them from bamboo trees. Enjoy an afternoon of live music, crafts, and cultural activities for all ages.

General admission is $10 for up to six people, or $5 for Garden members. Free parking available in Lot G4.
