As part of the Program for Young Audiences, and recommended for ages 10+, Stolen Moments: The First 100 Years of Jazz, introduces kids to jazz musicโs rich history and the the names and faces of some of its many masters.
It highlights the interplay between the jazz movement and the evolution of American culture, emphasizing the ways jazz has been a unifying force, bridging cultural, ethnic and economic differences. The program features a live performance by the world-renowned Metta Quintet, and captivating, integrated video projections.
