The Spooky Treat Trolley will be making stops at the following park locations and handing out treats for children up to 12 years of age. The trolley features elaborate decorations, Halloween themed music and the Cityโs Recreation staff dressed up in costumes. Get in the SPIRIT and come dressed in costume!
