Celebrate Filipino food, culture, and science during this interactive Second Sundays event at The Huntington.
Learn about Filipina food scientist Maria Ylagan Orosa through hands-on activities, storytelling, and conversations with experts. The event highlights her legacy through food, gardening, and education in a family-friendly setting.
Families can enjoy Filipino food tastings like lumpia with banana ketchup, plant garlic or onion to take home, explore a reading nook, and take part in garden-based activities throughout the day.
Event is free with general admission.
