Citadel Outlets turns into a full-blown holiday playground with balloon twisting, giant games, face painting, storytime with Mrs. Claus, roaming holiday characters, coloring tables, scavenger hunts, and plenty of festive photo ops around the center. Kids can drop letters to Santa, meet costumed characters, and enjoy hands-on fun all day long.
Families looking for an upgraded experience can join the ticketed Pancake Breakfast with Santa, featuring a Ruby’s-catered buffet, printed family photo, coloring station, and meet-and-greets with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and North Pole friends.
