Public Ticket Nights allow individuals, rather than just groups, to experience the thrill of viewing celestial objects through large, historic telescopes, the 60 and 100 inch telescopes–the two largest in the world dedicated to public viewing.
The telescope sessions will be guided by an experience telescope operator and session director, both with a thorough knowledge of the best objects to observe and the history of the Observatory, to enhance your experience. You are invited to bring any food and non-alcoholic drinks you wish. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are provided.
Please bring extra warm clothing, as it is usually cooler on the mountain than down in the valley. Come up and share a spectacular night of astronomy with other space enthusiasts. Individuals reserving these tickets agree to the conditions and rules which apply to all our telescopes sessions (scroll down for terms and conditions).
No children under 12 are permitted.
