The annual Lunar New Year Festival welcomes the Year of the Snake with an afternoon of cultural attractions, dance and musical performances, petting zoo, wishing wall, and food trucks.
Free parking at 22nd & Miner St., where the Downtown San Pedro Red Trolley will offer free shuttle rides.
