The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch reopen for the 2026 season on March 1, welcoming guests back to one of Southern California’s most iconic spring attractions. The annual bloom transforms the hillsides into a vibrant sea of color with more than 80 million ranunculus flowers stretching across 55 acres.
Visitors can stroll scenic walking paths through the colorful fields, take photos among the blooms, and enjoy seasonal activities designed for families and springtime day trips. Each season offers breathtaking floral displays, Instagram-worthy backdrops, and a chance to experience one of the largest ranunculus flower fields in the world.
The Flower Fields are open through May 10, 2026. Admission is ticketed; pricing varies. The venue is an alcohol- and tobacco-free environment. Pets, emotional support animals, drones, balloons, and bicycles are not permitted.
