Spend a festive afternoon at Whittier Narrows Nature Center with stories, artmaking, and traditions welcoming the Lunar New Year. Families can learn the legend of the Chinese Zodiac, explore the traits of each zodiac animal, and make traditional paper lanterns during hands-on crafts. Festive snacks inspired by Lunar New Year traditions will also be available.
