The magic is back at Promenade PV for its annual Halloween Trick-or-Treat celebration. Families can enjoy candy-filled fun with a haunted house, carnival rides, face painting, photo scavenger hunt, costume contest, and plenty of treats and eats. Itโs a nostalgic throwback to classic mall trick-or-treating, now reimagined for a new generation.
