Kick-off the holidays with this festive, family-friendly celebration that pays tribute to the Nixons’ gingerbread themed traditions at the White House complete with a Christmas tree lighting, photos with a life-size gingerbread man, a Christmas Concert, and Santa Claus!
The celebration includes:
- Usher in the Holiday Season at the annual Nixon Library Community Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony
- Enjoy the Sounds of Christmas concert by the Huntington Beach Concert Band at 7:00 pm
- Take photos with Santa Claus in the Argyros Oval Office
- Enjoy festive photo opportunities with a larger-than-life-sized gingerbread man
- Create your own whimsical gingerbread man ornament
- Build your own Hot Cocoa Creation and enjoy a cup of Polly’s Pies delicious backburner soup
- Learn about the Nixon family’s Christmas traditions with biographer Paul Carter
- Sing along with carolers from Orange High School and Fairgrove Academy
