Flying Demo at Planes of Fame Air Museum in Chino

See the museum’s Curtiss p-40N “Warhawk” take to the skies! Enjoy Q&A with the pilot, refreshments, living history re-enactors, and other fun activities.

The P-40 is most widely known as the aircraft of the Flying Tigers, aka the American Volunteer Group (AVG), who began fighting the Japanese in China during the early days of the Pacific war.

  • Doors Open at 10:00am
  • Brief Presentation at 11:45am
  • Engine Start and Taxi at 12:00pm
  • Flight over the Museum until 12:30pm
  • Question & Answer with pilot follows flight
