The 31st Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture (FPAC) returns to Point Fermin Park with a full day of Filipino food, dance, music, and community celebration.
This year’s theme, Kapit-Bisig (“Arm in Arm”), honors unity and resilience in the Filipino-American community.
Admission is free.
