The City of West Covina and the Kiwanis Club of West Covina invite families to the Festival of Frights & Kartoberfest for a night of Halloween fun and classic cars. Enjoy trick-or-treating, a haunted maze, costume contests, live entertainment, vendors, and food in the heart of Downtown West Covina. The evening features a performance by Smooth Sounds of Santana from 7โ9 PM, plus the popular classic car show and contests for all ages.
