Celebrate the closing of Robert Therrien: This is a Story with a hands-on family workshop day at The Broad. Inspired by Therrien’s larger-than-life sculptures, families can transform everyday objects into creative works of art while exploring the museum’s immersive exhibition spaces.
Throughout the day, enjoy live puppet performances by the beloved Bob Baker Marionette Theater, bringing whimsical storytelling to the outdoor plaza. Inside, artmaking workshops invite kids to build, experiment, and create their own take-home pieces.
Families can also explore oversized installations in the galleries, browse a curated mobile bookshop, and experience the museum in a playful, interactive way designed for all ages.
Admission: Free with timed ticket; includes same-day access to The Broad (excludes Infinity Mirror Room).
