Explore the Arboretum at night! Families will be guided through different parts of the Arboretum to learn about different things during themed hikes.
This month, explore prehistoric plants. Step back millions of years to the time of the dinosaurs. Look at the origins of plants all the way from ancient ferns to modern flowers. What did a sauropod have for supper? What did a brontosaurus breakfast look like? How do we know? Participants will also get to make a “fossil” of their own to take home at the end of the night.
Price: $20 for non-members
This hike is also happening on the same day as Peacock Day!
