Families can get hands-on with storytelling and animation during this free drop-in workshop inspired by the Family Matinee Series’ theme ofย summer camps. Kids and grown-ups will learn the basics of Claymation, creating movement frame by frame with clay and armatures.
Participants will design their own stop-motion animation and can also explore the museumโs exhibitions before or after the workshop.
Free with general admission. Youth (17 and under) enter the museum for free. First-come, first-served.
Workshop is located in the Shirley Temple Education Studio on the museum’s Lower Level.
