Celebrate life, memory, and community at LA Plaza’s Día de los Muertos Family Day! Enjoy live performances honoring the deceased through music, dance, and storytelling—from traditional Oaxacan dances and Catrina-comedy sketches to a Procession and Community Altar. Families can take part in hands-on workshops, including alebrije painting, sugar skull cookie decorating, marigold crafting, and printmaking inspired by Posada’s art. Contribute photos to the Community Ofrenda, take guided exhibition tours with Les Navegantes, and savor Mexican food and drinks from local vendors.
