Celebrate community, connection, and clean air through the City of Irvineโs car-free Open Streets Event along 1.66 miles on Barranca Parkway and Harvard Avenue. The streets are closed to cars and people will be able to bike, skate, stroll through the car-free streets. There will be two stages at either ends of the route with entertainment like Mariachi, Kibou Taiko, and an Island Style Band, engaging community booths, interactive activities, and food trucks.
