Celebrating Indigenous Peoples’ Day at The Getty Center

The Getty Center honors Indigenous Peoples’ Day with a free family event celebrating Native cultures of Southern California. Families can enjoy music, dance, poetry, and storytelling inspired by this year’s theme: libraries and storytelling. The day also features art workshops, performances, and drag storytime.

Highlights include:

  • Zine-making and collage art
  • Live music and DJ entertainment
  • Jingle dance performances
  • Drumming and singing
  • Poetry readings
  • Drag storytime

The event runs 11am–4pm in the Getty Center Museum Courtyard. Admission is free with a timed-entry reservation. Parking fee applies.
