Get ready for a family-friendly day of creativity and competition at Westwind Sailing’s Cardboard Classic “Dinghy Dash” during the Dana Point Festival of Whales! Teams will design, build, and race cardboard boats in Dana Point Harbor using only corrugated cardboard and duct tape.
Enjoy music, food, a business boat exhibition, and a public vote as spectators cheer on racers paddling their handmade crafts. It’s serious fun for competitors and spectators alike!ย Awards will be given to top racers and fun categories, including the unforgettable Titanic Award.
