Celebrate Benjamin Franklin’s birthday with special working tours throughout the day, highlighting Franklin’s life as a printer. Guests will be able to print their own colonial-era keepsakes including the Declaration of Independence.
At 11am, Ben Franklin himself will entertain his guests inside the Heritage Theatre with a performance of “The Inventive Benjamin Franklin.” Following the show, guests can meet Dr. Franklin and children’s author, Gretchen Woelfle for a Q&A session.
At 12:15pm, everyone will be treated to a slice of birthday cake and a cup of colonial punch.
General admission is $10 per person. Children under age 4 are free. Reservations are required for the performance. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least an hour before showtime to explore the museum.
