For a single day the streets to people walking & bicycling. Participants of all ages will enjoy family-friendly entertainment at our festival hubs located at Houghton Park and the east end of Artesia. Opportunity for participants to discover a new business, try a new restaurant, and explore a new retail store. Modes of transportation along the route include: walking, bicycles, skates, rollerblades, skateboards, marked means of transportation for those with disabilities are exempt).
